In 2006, HB founded a development company that is committed to responsible real estate development of lasting and high-quality urban real estate projects that are grounded in careful consideration of the specific character of each site and the needs of the community.  It has developed thousands of luxury apartments in the Seattle metro area and has a future pipeline planned in A+ locations in the Northwestern United States, primarily Seattle.  HB strongly believes that thoughtfully designed real estate projects will enhance the quality of life for current and future residents within the immediate community, while at the same time driving best-of-market investment returns for its investors.  Creating “win-win” properties for the community and for its investment partners requires responsible planning and disciplined development.  HB's development team is highly skilled and experienced in managing real estate projects from conception to completion.  It is currently working on various projects throughout the Seattle and Inland Northwest area representing retail, apartment buildings, and mixed-use projects under different stages of development.
